1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any feature of the 99bet platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 99bet Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 99bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 99bet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. 99bet strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 99bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification cannot be completed.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under legal guardianship with restrictions on financial transactions are not eligible.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using online gambling services is lawful in your specific location. Online gambling laws in Pakistan vary. 99bet makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. The responsibility for compliance with local laws rests entirely with you.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 99bet Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Not a self-excluded person: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with 99bet or any linked platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money features on the 99bet Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use false information, alias names, or the details of another person.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

99bet is required to carry out identity verification in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC obligations. You may be required to submit the following documents prior to processing any withdrawal or as a condition of continued account access:

• A clear copy of your Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid passport;
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., JazzCash or Easypaisa account confirmation, bank statement header);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by 99bet's compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period requested by 99bet may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99bet login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using correct credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you. Notify 99bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 99bet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain password confidentiality.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Methods

99bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99bet does not currently accept credit cards, virtual currencies, or international wire transfers.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 99bet wallet within one to five minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on processing times at the originating institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction in the Platform cashier. 99bet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. 99bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method. 99bet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your verified name. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 99bet reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances as notified to the account holder via their registered contact details, subject to applicable law.

5. Betting Rules & Casino Games

All sports bets placed on the 99bet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for RNG titles and by live dealer action for live casino games. 99bet does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Bets once confirmed are binding. 99bet reserves the right to void bets placed due to obvious pricing errors, system faults, or manifest technical issues.
• 99bet reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts, limit winnings, or restrict certain markets for individual accounts at its sole discretion.
• Live in-play betting is subject to real-time data availability. Bets accepted after a relevant event outcome has occurred will be voided.
• All published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are theoretical values based on long-term statistical probability and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time 99bet may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, or other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail.

99bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99bet Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age or ineligible for any other reason stated in Section 2;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes;
• Operating more than one account, whether individually or in concert with others;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of pricing errors;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99bet staff or other users in any communication channel;
• Attempting to access account areas you are not authorised to access, or interfering with Platform security measures.

99bet reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section and to report relevant conduct to applicable authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99bet Platform — including but not limited to the 99bet name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, images, and game assets — is the property of 99bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from 99bet.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gambling winnings;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss;
• Unauthorised third-party access to your account;
• Your reliance on any information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 99bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by 99bet is governed by the 99bet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 99bet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

11. Responsible Gaming

99bet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following player protection tools accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you to time spent on the Platform;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform without full closure;

12. Account Suspension & Termination

99bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• KYC verification cannot be completed within the required timeframe;
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting is detected;
• A self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion is in effect;
• The account has been dormant for an extended period;
• Required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses, voided bets, and deductions arising from breach) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to outstanding verification requirements being met. Bonus balances and winnings generated from bonus funds may be forfeited upon closure for breach.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99bet is registered and licensed to operate. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your home jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
